Merge Projects is a locally owned and operated construction company servicing the Geelong region, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, Western Melbourne and Colac districts.

We are home modification specialists who provide quality craftsmanship and design solutions enabling people of all abilities to feel comfortable and safe in their own home. Culminating from 17 years building experience Merge Projects was founded in 2019 and Merge has moved from strength to strength building on the solid foundations of quality work by quality people.

Paul Seidel

FOUNDER/DIRECTOR

Merge Projects was founded by Paul Seidel who has over 17 years experience within the construction industry ranging from iconic and large-scale infrastructure projects ( London Olympics, Heathrow Airport) to small domestic builds. Paul has a broad ranged skillset and enjoys finding practical solutions to unique situations, working with both health professionals and participants to achieve desired outcomes.
